• Delays caused by lack of client input, feedback, or content may affect delivery timelines
• Final delivery is subject to the terms agreed upon at project initiation

• Payment terms will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before project initiation
• Work may be paused or delayed in the event of outstanding or overdue payments
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the project agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevOrbit is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use
• Loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from use of or reliance on our website or services

We may integrate or use third-party tools and services in the course of delivering our work. DevOrbit is not responsible for the performance, availability, or privacy practices of any third-party service providers.
